How can we book the excursions?
The deep sea fishing trip can be booked through the website, directly here in the Port, also, at kiosk number 3 or, I’m not going to say all of them, but at most hotels and travel agencies.
What advantages does booking through the website offer me? Book from my country?
Have a guaranteed place, because maybe the day you want to go fishing comes and the boat is already full, there are no free places.
What happens when they cancel an outing? Do I get the money back or can I make the outing on other days?
The first option is to leave another day, with the same ticket. You can leave another day notifying us, and, as a last resort, if the client does not want to leave or cannot leave another day, the money is returned.
Is the price of the excursion the same if I book it online, directly at the kiosk, or at the agency?
The official rate is always the same at the points of sale. The only possibility is that the seller wants to give you a small discount of his commission of his own free will.
What do I have to do to claim and express my complaints?

You can send them directly to us and we will publish them on our website if you wish.
Is there another type of extra expense on the boat?
No, there are no mandatory expenses on board, everything is included, except if you want to leave a tip for the crew or buy a shirt
